Content of online presence
The author excludes all liability for the up-to-date status, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author based on material or non-material damages incurred through the use or non-use of the information offered and/or through the use of erroneous and incomplete information, are fundamentally excluded, unless proven to be the result of deliberate or grossly negligent action on the part of the author.
All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the website or the entire site without separate notice or to temporarily suspend or terminate its publication.
References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to other websites (""hyperlinks"") which are beyond the area of responsibility of the author, liability only exists in the case where the author was aware of the content and was technically able to prevent the use of any illegal content and could reasonably be expected to do so.
The author hereby expressly declares that at the time of creation of the links, no illegal content was apparent on the websites to which the links refer. The author has absolutely no influence on their current and future design, the content or the copyright ownership of the linked/connected websites. For this reason, the author expressly dissociates himself from any content of any of the linked/connected websites that was changed after the creation of the links. This declaration applies to all links and references within the company’s own Internet presence as well as for entries made by third parties into guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and in databases of any other kind where external write access is possible. Sole responsibility for illegal, erroneous or incomplete content and in particular for damages caused by the use or non-use of such information lies with the party offering the website to which the link is made, and not with the party which merely makes reference to such websites by means of links.
Copyright and trademark law
The author endeavours to observe the copyrights for the pictures, graphics, sound material, video sequences and texts used, to use self-produced pictures, graphics, sound material, video sequences and texts or to make use of licence-free graphics, sound material, video sequences and texts.
All brand names and trademarks mentioned in the Internet presence and any brand names and trademarks protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the currently applicable trademark laws and the ownership rights of the registered owners in each case. The mere mention of a trademark gives no indication that the trademark is not protected by the rights of third parties!
The copyright for published objects self-produced by the author remains solely with the author of the website. The replication or use of such graphics, sound material, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without the express permission of the author.
Where the Internet presence offers the opportunity to enter personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses), this data is supplied by the user on an expressly voluntary basis. All offered services can be used and paid for without providing such data or by using anonymised data or a pseudonym, wherever this is technically feasible and can reasonably be expected.
Third parties are not allowed to use contact data such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers published as part of the legal disclaimer in order to send information that has not been expressly requested. The right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails in contravention of this prohibition is expressly reserved.
Legal effectiveness of this liability disclaimer
This liability disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the Internet presence which makes reference to this page. Should any parts or individual formulations in this text be invalid, no longer valid, or not fully valid under applicable law, the content and validity of the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected.
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Special attention to privacy in the processing of personal data is very important to us. Personal data is used in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act BDSG.
Personal data consists of information that can be used to identify a person. It includes information such as the real name, address, postal address or telephone number. Information items that cannot be linked with a real identity (such as favourite websites or the number of users of a site) are not considered to be personal data.
As a basic principle, our online presence can be used without revealing your identity. If you decide to register, i.e. to log on as a member (registered user), you can save personal data in your individual user profile. You can decide freely whether or not to enter this data. Since we aim to collect as little personal data as possible from the users of our website, it is sufficient to enter a name – the name under which you are registered as a user, which is not necessarily your real name – and an e-mail address to which the password is sent. In connection with your access to our website, some data items are stored on the server (for instance IP address, date, time, pages viewed). This data is not used in any personal context. The right to carry out statistical analyses of anonymised data is reserved.
We use personal data for the purposes of technical administration of the web pages and for customer management, but only to the extent that is absolutely necessary. Beyond this, personal data is only stored if it is provided voluntarily.
Transfer of personal data
Collection and/or transmission of personal data to state institutions and authorities takes place only where required by mandatory legal regulations.
We are using cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser. By means of a cookie, the information and offers on our website can be optimized with the user in mind. Cookies allow us, as previously mentioned, to recognize our website users. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to utilize our website.
The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our website by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used, and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be entirely usable.
Server log files
The server that delivers the website automatically collects and stores information which your browser automatically sends to us in so-called server log files. These are:
- Browser type and browser version
- used operating system
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
This data can not be assigned to specific persons. This data will not be combined with data from other sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively, if we become aware of specific indications for illegal use. The data will be kept for up to one week.
If you submit inquiries by form, your data including the contact details you provided will be saved for the purpose of processing the inquiry and follow-up questions. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
The data entered in the form will be transmitted in encrypted form by e-mail.
This website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of sensitive content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by changing the address line of the browser from "http: //" to "https: //" and the lock symbol in your address bar.
If SSL encryption is enabled, the data that you provide to us can not be read by third parties.
In order to protect the forms on this website, we use the "reCAPTCHA" service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". By using this service it can be distinguished whether the corresponding input is of human origin or is abusive through automated machine processing. The integration of the service requires the transmission of the IP address and possibly further data required by Google for the service reCAPTCHA to Google. The information obtained is used in accordance with Google´s TOS:
Google Tag Manager
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags that may collect data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, it remains valid for all tracking tags if they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.
This website uses the open-source analytics platform Matomo in order to create statistics regarding the use of the website. Matomo saves the collected data in a database. The collected data can not be used to identify a person, will not be collated with other data-sources and will not shared with third parties.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Matomo may be retrieved under https://matomo.org/privacy/.
Persons under the age of 16 should not submit any personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not solicit personal information from children, do not collect them and do not share them with third parties.
Right of withdrawal
If you have supplied us with personal data, you can change and/or delete this data in your user profile at any time. To delete your account completely, please contact our webmaster.
